B Family

All family photoshoots are an adventure- and when you have 7 month old TWINS and a TWO year old- its an adventure and a half!! But I am loving the light and bright, spring green images We got from this adorable family.
   I also got to try out a new location- Marion Bear Park, in San Diego. It was GORGEOUS!  Why can't it rain like this every spring??? Enjoy these favorite few images from their session this last weekend!

A day in the life of the T-family Temecula Family Photographer

Can I just start with this? The T-Family is LITERALLY THE COOLEST FAMILY IN THE WORLD.

      You get the title of the coolest family in the world, when you meet ALL of the following criteria.
 
             A: Everyone hangs out on the floor. All the time. Which usually includes wrestling or someone sitting on your head.
             B: Dad wears a fanny pack. On the regular.
             C: Dad and oldest son JAM OUT improv-style on the drums and the saxophone. Just because they can.
             D: There is a playhouse filled with a ball pit in the middle of the family room.
             E: They drive a 6 seater golf cart to church on Sundays. Because its close, and they roll like that.
             F: They didn't want to do 'posey' family pictures- because its not 'them'. Rather, spending a few hours acting silly and being together, are the only things they want on their walls at home.
             G: When it was time for pics of just mom and dad- they did a costume change- INTO ONESIE PAJAMAS. (hey, go big or go home, right?) Then proceeded to wrestle on the bed. Knowing that someone was photographing/videoing their every move for posterity. And they kissed. A LOT.

     I could literally go on forever about how much this family is awesome-sauce. Instead, ill just post a few (or a LOT) of sneak peek images. I just did their session this afternoon, and i can't wait to see EVERYTHING that I captured from this uber-cool family with hearts of gold, and a WHOLE LOTTA LOVE for each other.

   BTW I also did VIDEO for this family during our session today. I can't WAIT to put together a killer epic film for them. So keep your eyes out for it!

Dylan- 1 year photos, family shoot and cake smash- SNEAK PEEK! ENCINITAS FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER

I literally cannot believe it has been a year since i took this little mans newborn photos. And just like he was an angel the first time around, he was even better yesterday!! He was super interested in me (or maybe it was my camera-haha!) and every time we put him down, he would crawl right toward me, with a big grin on his face. I asked mom if she would let me take him home, but she said no. 

le sigh.

After we finished our beach and family shots, we ant back to their house for a quick cake smash!! It was his ACTUAL BIRTHDAY after all. Happy birthday Dylan!!

Paul Family Favorites! Temecula Family Photography

When discussing possible locations for our upcoming family shoot, Jennette mentioned to me a thought she had about possibly shooting on some land that their family had purchased, and would soon be building their dream home on. We both agreed that it would be a fantastic spot with such sentimental value to it- and it doesn't hurt that it has an amazing view and beautiful spring greenery! Here are a few of my favorites from their session!

Teig Family, Caspers Park, San Juan Capistrano

While driving on the Ortega highway on my way to San Juan Capistrano, a few years ago, I passed this beautiful looking wildlife preserve/campground called Caspers Park. I have shot there a few times, but mostly on super sunny, open field and tall grass, kind of days and places. This last week, freezing cold and rainy, I was lucky enough to venture in a little bit further than I had in the past, with the GORGEOUS Teig family.
   Jason, the awesome dad of the clan, is recovering from an atv accident and is on crutches, but was such a good sport! They even trusted me when i literally pulled over to the side of the road, and said that we were going to shoot in the middle of the street. (the first few images below are my FAVE of the session- those overhanging trees and peeking through sunlight is absolutely gorgeous.
   Then there was the windmill in the back, a cool water tower, and some gorgeous woods for the siblings shots. Hope you love them as much as I did!!
